We respect your right to privacy. We do not share any information you provide us with anybody. This includes your Name, address, telephone number, and email address. None of this information will be given out in any form unless required by law.

We are committed to protecting all customer's privacy. We use the minimum information we collect about a person to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. All services will adhere to the standards as described. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information is collected? How do we use it?

No personal information is kept when you visit our sites.
When you book a course through our secured site, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your reserved spot in one of our courses. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We do not use your email, unless there is a need to notify you about important functionality changes to the site or the reserved spot you purchased.
We do not give or sell your information to others.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Blair's School of Driving, LLC. will provide full refund if:
You have requested a refund in writing via the email link: blairsschoolofdriving@yahoo.com AND the refund request was submitted 24 hours before the start of the first day of the course you registered for.
Fulfillment Policy

Rest assured, when you reserve a spot in one of our courses; you will receive top notch training that is certified by the State of Michigan. In the event that a dispute should arise, the following steps must be taken:
1. Notify Provider/Owner of the specific dispute in writing.
2. Request to the Provider/Owner what specific resolution you are seeking in writing.
The Provider/Owner will do everything in his/her power (under the guidance of the law) to come up with a solution that works for both you and Blair's School of Driving, LLC. In a worst case scenario, full refund may be granted. Failure of a class due to lack of studying, motivation, engagement, interaction, ect...of you or your child will not be grounds for a refund of any sorts!
